Genuine Dell ReadyRails II sliding rail kit designed for compatible 2U Dell PowerEdge rack servers.

These rails allow the server to slide forward from the rack for easier installation, maintenance and servicing. Dell lists this style of 2U ReadyRails sliding kit as compatible with the PowerEdge R720, R720xd, R730 and R730xd, among other supported models. The rails provide tool-less installation in compatible four-post racks with square or unthreaded round mounting holes.

These sliding rails are primarily intended for compatible four-post racks with:

• Unthreaded round mounting holes

They may not install directly in threaded-hole racks without appropriate adapters. Dell identifies the R720 rails as ReadyRails II sliding rails intended for tool-less installation in supported four-post racks.
