The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KZB Tech Supply. KZB Tech Supply operates this website and online store, including its related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with an online shopping experience collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the Services.

KZB Tech Supply sells computer parts, server components, networking equipment, storage hardware, electronics, accessories, and related products. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, products may be new, open-box, used, previously installed, refurbished, surplus, or removed from working equipment.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product photographs, specifications, model numbers, part numbers, compatibility information, condition descriptions, and included components.

However, product colors, finishes, labels, scratches, cosmetic wear, packaging, or physical appearance may vary from photographs because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations, previous use, or the availability of multiple units.

Photographs may represent the exact item being sold or may serve as representative photographs of substantially similar inventory. The applicable product listing will indicate material differences when known.

Used equipment may show normal signs of previous installation or handling, including:

  • Scratches;

  • Scuffs;

  • Dust;

  • Label residue;

  • Rack-mount wear;

  • Marks near screw holes;

  • Minor dents;

  • Inventory markings; or

  • Other cosmetic imperfections that do not materially affect normal operation.

Only the products, parts, cables, trays, adapters, licenses, accessories, or documentation expressly identified in the listing are included. Items visible in a photograph but not described as included may be used for display or identification purposes only.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change product descriptions without notice;

  • Correct inaccurate specifications;

  • Limit purchase quantities;

  • Discontinue products;

  • Restrict sales by customer or geographic location; and

  • Refuse the sale of a product when reasonably necessary.

Section 3 — Compatibility and Technical Requirements

Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before placing an order.

Compatibility may depend on factors including:

  • Manufacturer;

  • Model number;

  • Part number;

  • Service tag;

  • Hardware revision;

  • Connector type;

  • Form factor;

  • Firmware;

  • BIOS or UEFI version;

  • Operating system;

  • Driver availability;

  • Electrical requirements;

  • Server configuration; and

  • Other installed equipment.

A product being physically compatible does not necessarily mean it will be electrically, operationally, or software compatible with every system.

References to compatible systems are provided as general guidance and are not a guarantee that a product will operate with every configuration of the listed system.

Customers should consult the applicable equipment manufacturer, technical documentation, system administrator, or qualified technician when compatibility is uncertain.

We are not responsible for incompatibility resulting from an incorrect customer selection, unsupported configuration, unavailable driver, outdated firmware, manufacturer restriction, proprietary coding requirement, or a failure to verify the applicable part number.

Section 4 — Product Testing and Condition

Any testing information included in a listing describes the testing performed before the product was listed or shipped.

Terms such as “tested,” “working,” or “pulled from a working environment” do not guarantee compatibility with the customer’s equipment or continued operation indefinitely.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, testing may be limited to basic functionality and may not include every port, feature, battery, sensor, storage sector, software function, or possible operating condition.

Products listed as “untested,” “for parts,” “repair,” “as-is,” or with similar wording may be incomplete, defective, nonfunctional, or unsuitable for their original purpose. The condition disclosed in the applicable listing controls.

Section 5 — Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from KZB Tech Supply.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Pricing or inventory errors;

  • Suspected fraud;

  • Payment authorization issues;

  • Shipping restrictions;

  • Customer account concerns;

  • Excessive purchase quantities; or

  • Other legitimate business reasons.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we confirm or begin fulfillment of the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to cancel or modify an order after fulfillment has begun or a shipping label has been generated.

If we reject, cancel, or materially change an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, telephone number, billing address, or other information provided during checkout.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on our website.

Section 6 — Pricing, Payment, and Billing

Product prices, discounts, availability, and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include:

  • Shipping charges;

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  2. You are authorized to use the selected payment method;

  3. The payment provider will honor the submitted charges; and

  4. You will pay all applicable charges, taxes, shipping costs, and fees associated with the order.

We may use third-party payment processors. We do not directly control their authorization requirements, processing times, security reviews, holds, or payment decisions.

Section 7 — Taxes, Customs, and Import Charges

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country or carrier unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import restrictions, unpaid customs charges, or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product may lawfully be imported, possessed, installed, and used in the destination jurisdiction.

Section 8 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers;

  • Weather;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Customs processing;

  • Transportation interruptions;

  • Incorrect addresses;

  • Security reviews;

  • Government actions;

  • Labor disputes; or

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, unpaid customs charge, failed delivery attempt, or other customer-related issue, additional shipping charges may apply.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer in accordance with applicable law and the shipping terms associated with the order.

You must promptly inspect the shipment and report visible damage, missing contents, or an incorrect product. Retain all packaging materials when reporting carrier damage.

Section 9 — Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is available on our website and incorporated into these Terms.

Customers must request authorization before returning an item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Returned products must be packaged securely. Customers may be responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging, improper handling, or failure to use required anti-static protection.

Serial numbers, service tags, security markings, inventory labels, and other identifying information may be recorded before shipment. Returned products must match the product originally shipped.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or reduce the refunded amount when a returned product:

  • Is not the original item shipped;

  • Has been altered or physically damaged;

  • Is missing parts or accessories;

  • Has had labels or identifying marks removed;

  • Contains customer-installed passwords or security locks;

  • Has been improperly packaged;

  • Shows evidence of misuse or unauthorized repair; or

  • Is otherwise returned in a materially different condition.

Section 10 — Data, Storage Devices, and Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of all data before installing, testing, repairing, returning, or using any storage device or computer equipment.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost files;

  • Deleted information;

  • Corrupted data;

  • Business interruption;

  • Software incompatibility;

  • Operating-system failures;

  • Configuration loss; or

  • Recovery expenses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no software license, operating-system license, support subscription, cloud service, or transferable manufacturer warranty is included with a product.

Customers returning a device are responsible for removing personal information, passwords, encryption keys, accounts, and confidential data before shipment.

We may erase, reset, reformat, recycle, or dispose of data found on returned products without notice. We do not provide data-recovery or data-preservation services.

Section 11 — Manufacturer Names and Trademarks

Manufacturer names, model names, trademarks, service marks, product photographs, and part numbers may be used to identify compatibility or describe products offered for sale.

KZB Tech Supply is an independent reseller unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

We are not sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or an authorized representative of Dell, HP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, Intel, Broadcom, Supermicro, Samsung, Seagate, Western Digital, or any other manufacturer merely because that manufacturer’s products are listed on our website.

All manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Section 12 — Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, including our text, graphics, logos, website design, arrangement, videos, photographs, and other materials, are owned by KZB Tech Supply or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms allow you to use the Services for lawful personal or internal business purchasing purposes.

Without our written permission, you may not:

  • Reproduce substantial portions of the website;

  • Republish our original product descriptions or photographs;

  • Modify or create derivative works from our content;

  • Distribute or publicly display protected materials;

  • Use our branding in a misleading manner;

  • Scrape product information for commercial use; or

KZB Tech Supply is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform used to offer the Services.

Sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and KZB Tech Supply.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by KZB Tech Supply and is not responsible for product descriptions, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, warranties, injuries, losses, damages, or disputes arising from purchases made through our store.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from transactions between you and KZB Tech Supply.

  • Keep Feedback confidential;

  • Pay compensation for Feedback;

  • Publish Feedback; or

  • Respond to Feedback.

We may monitor, refuse, edit, or remove Feedback that we reasonably determine is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, infringing, fraudulent, unrelated, or otherwise inappropriate.

You may not impersonate another person, submit a false email address, misrepresent the origin of Feedback, or include malicious code.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Equipment damage;

  • Installation errors; or

  • Reliance on website content.

This limitation applies regardless of whether a claim is based on contract, warranty, negligence, tort, strict liability, statute, or another legal theory, even when the possibility of damages was disclosed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to any consumer rights or jurisdictional requirements that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
